A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
EUR 30 from 20:00 until 24:00;
EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
- Check in time is arranged between the host and the guest.
- The costs of cleaning of 100 euros plus the city taxes and 300 euros of deposit need to be paid in cash at the arrival. The deposit will be returned at the check out if there are no damages in the apartment. In case of damages they will be deducted from the deposit.
- The host typically welcomes guests in person and kindly requests to be informed in case of any delays, either through the platform or telephone. Please note: If the host is not informed of a delay in advance, a €30 fee will be applied.
- When booking for two Guests, it is assumed that one double bed will be used. If a second double bed is required, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. An additional fee of Euro 50 will apply.
- When booking for 3 or 4 persons, the second bed cost for the linens is included.
- If you need the sofabed, this must also be specified in advanc, and a charge of €50 will be applied.
